Important Information regarding shipping and international shipping

AS OF RIGHT NOW, I ONLY SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES!!!

As of right now, I only ship to the United States. I plan on shipping to other countries as soon as I get a plan in place.

Returns and Refunds

Short Version

Although my products are homemade, there are some guidelines that need to be followed

This is during shipment and after you got the product

Your order is eligible for return and a refund IF

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the item got lost during transit/shipping
  • If you get sent the wrong item by accident (I will make sure this doesn't happen)

Your order is NOT eligible IF

  • You ordered the wrong product
  • You ordered the wrong variant of a product
  • You ordered the wrong amount

If you realize these mistakes before I shipped out the order, you can edit your order

After you receive your product, if it has been damaged significantly (not slight print errors), send a clear photograph of the damage to my email, and I will address it.

Long Version

If you item got lost in shipment, got sent the wrong item (meaning, I packaged and delivered the wrong item by accident), or your item arrived damaged, you are eligible for a refund and return 

If the item gets lost during shipping and transit, don't worry about returning it. That is beyond both of our control, so I will send you a refund, IF it has not arrived within 7 days of the expected arrival time. This requires sending proof of this. 

I do not accept returns if you ordered the wrong item after it shipped, or if you ordered the wrong variant.

CANCELLATIONS

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it ships.

Once your order has shipped, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues. 

DAMAGED/QUALITY ISSUES

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

REFUNDS POLICIES

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues, lost in shipment, . Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue. 

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Cashapp, and Venmo
